To qualify to fill this vacancy you should be of good character; in reasonable health; have a local connection to Kettlestone; be in need (either social and/or financial) and able to look after yourself.

It comprises of an entrance lobby / utility room, kitchen / living room, one double bedroom and a bathroom. There is an enclosed garden with an outbuilding / store and off-road parking.
