NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL (little snoring) (EMERGENCY NOTICE)

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTION 2021

Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 – Section 14(2) 

In accordance with the provisions of Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, the Norfolk County Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to a burst water main the use by vehicles of the A148 Holt Road from 200m northeast of its junction with C331 Little Snoring Road for 20m north eastwards in the PARISH OF LITTLE SNORING will be temporarily prohibited from 18^th January 2021 to 20^th January 2021 for the duration of the works, expected to be about 3 days within the period. If necessary the restriction could run for a maximum period of 21 days.

Alternative route is via: Holt Road, Fakenham Road, Melton Road, Dereham Road, Norwich Road, Langor Bridge, Pensthorpe Road, Clipbush Lane, Morrisons Roundabout, Fakenham Bypass (Ryburgh/ Stibbard/ Fakenham/ Guist/ Fulmodeston/ Little Snoring/ Kettlestone/ Briningham/ Thursford/ Wood Norton/ Hindolveston/ Melton Constable/ Swanton Novers).

(If necessary the restriction could run for a maximum period of 18 months from the date of the Order)

Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.
